Ben at Coastal Crust Tackle did a custom paint job on some flutter jigs for bottom fishing. His glow colors really pop and the lingcod wouldn’t leave them alone. Rockfish liked them too. We fished the the S Oregon Coast, and can’t wait to go again.

Took Ben from Coastal Crust Tackle out for a little research and development today. We caught limits of black rockfish out of Bandon, Oregon. The flutter jigs produced pretty well. More color schemes are in the works. A person could get use to this kind of research. :0)

Caught a couple big mouth bass at Bradly Lake using a Coastal Crust Painted Round Head Steelhead Jig and a plastic spring grub. I’ll remember to keep the jig in and position the fish next time so ya’ll can see it — Ben
